GR-V8N系列简介
1. V8N系列在线式真空焊接炉，具有真空度低、产量大、能耗低、氮气消耗量低、占地面积小等特点。
2. V8N系列是专门为功率半导体行业IGBT模块、MOSFET器件的真空焊接封装的特殊需求设计优化的。 考虑到目前行业客户遇到的诸多问题，精心优化设计完成的一款真空炉。
●产量大：每4-10分钟可完成一炉IGBT模块的焊接。
●能耗低： 整机启动功率：66KW； 整机平均运行功率：10-12KW
●氮气消耗量低：氮气消耗量只有其他同类真空炉产品的1/2--2/3。
●占地面积小：外形尺寸：4550×1200×1620mm。
功能介绍
1. 满足各种焊料（≤400℃）的焊接要求 : 例如：SAC305锡膏；Sn63Pb37锡膏；Sn90Sb10锡膏；In97Ag3锡膏；n52Sn48锡膏等各种成份锡膏。
2. V8N焊接空洞率 : 焊盘空洞率：<2%，单个空洞率：<1%，不同的焊接材料和气氛对焊接都有影响， 目前这个数据是根据客户测试后的综合数据，具体到不同焊接产品这个数据会有不同的。
3. V8N支持氮气或甲酸气氛工作环境，满足多种焊接工艺。
4. V8N真空回流焊机配置软件控制系统，模块化设计设置，操作界面简洁易懂。
5. 设备无需校正，不会产生多余的校准费用。
